Calculator values

Amounts you enter stay in the calculator page’s memory while it is open. The application does not intentionally transmit them, log them, persist them, or place them in the URL or analytics events. Reloading or leaving the page clears the analysis. Copying a summary is an explicit action that writes the displayed summary to your device clipboard when the browser allows it.

There is no account, mortgage document upload, OCR, or saved-analysis feature. The static hosting provider may maintain infrastructure and security logs under its own policies.

Network requests and analytics

The application loads its own static pages and assets. It does not load an advertising pixel, session replay tool, remote font, chat widget, or error-reporting script.

This build sends page views and fixed interaction events to GoatCounter. The integration sends only an approved event name or public page path, without query strings or fragments. Calculator amounts, results, form contents, and user-entered text are not sent. The integration also sends empty title and referrer fields, so it does not pass the page title or browser referrer to GoatCounter. The integration honors the browser’s Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal and recognized Do Not Track (DNT) values by not loading the analytics script.

GoatCounter says it derives aggregate browser and operating-system information from request headers, location from the request IP address, and language and screen width from the request. It says it does not store IP addresses, the full User-Agent header, or a browser-side tracking ID. Its privacy information also describes a temporary in-memory mapping based on site, IP address, and User-Agent for up to eight hours to distinguish repeat visits. See GoatCounter’s privacy information. Hosting and analytics providers receive network requests under their own policies.

The GoatCounter site settings reviewed for this launch have individual-pageview storage and language collection disabled. Session deduplication and aggregate browser/system, screen-size, country, and region reporting are enabled. Data retention is set to 0 days, which GoatCounter defines as no automatic deletion. These provider settings can be changed separately from this application.

Interest options

This build can send one fixed document-scanning interest event after an estimate when GoatCounter is available and browser privacy signals permit it. The event does not include contact information or calculator values. This page reports only that it attempted the event because GoatCounter does not confirm delivery through its documented count call. A privacy opt-out or analytics failure means no interest event is sent.

Information we do not ask for

The calculator does not ask for your name, address, servicer, loan number, insurance policy number, or tax parcel number. Do not put identifying details into the amount fields.

Browser and device limits

Values are not retained by the application after the page is closed, but someone with access to your open browser could see what is on screen. The behavior of your device, browser extensions, network, and hosting provider is outside this estimator’s control. Requirements for analytics and privacy choices vary by jurisdiction and deployment context; this page is not a legal conclusion.
